These terms govern access to and use of the Rigo One website and of its interactive demonstration. By browsing the site or registering to access the demo, you declare that you have read and accepted these conditions. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site or the demo. This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version published at rigo-one.app prevails.

1. Ownership

Rigo One is a product of LILAB S.A.C., holder of Peruvian taxpayer ID (RUC) 20604947805, with registered office at Av. Canaval y Moreyra N.º 185, Dpto. 1403, San Isidro, Lima, Perú. You can reach us at hola@lilab.io or on +51 994 616 555.

Rigo One is a trademark of LILAB S.A.C.. The official website of the company is https://lilab.io.

Demo

User

3. Nature of the demo: scope and limits

The Demo is a product demonstration built on fictitious, deterministic data. It is not a production batch release system, it does not manage real quality information and it must not be used to make, support or document decisions about real product.

In particular, and expressly:

  • The batches, controls, results, deviations, documents and people shown in the Demo are fictitious and do not represent real operations, companies or individuals.
  • The Demo is not connected to ERP, LIMS or MES systems, nor to any production data source.
  • The Demo does not implement electronic signature, access control by business role or a server-side audit trail. The customer specifications, their versions and the concessions it displays are illustrative and stored in the browser: they imply no formal customer approval and no electronic signature. The perspective selector lets you move through the roles of the workflow and does not authenticate the person taking the action.
  • The Demo is not a validated system and does not evidence compliance with any regulatory or normative framework, including those applicable to the industries represented in the example profiles.
  • The rules, parameters, ranges and release criteria shown are illustrative. They are not formulations, technical specifications or regulatory criteria, and must not be transferred to a real operation.
  • The actions you take during the Demo are saved in the local storage of your browser. They may be lost if you clear your browser data, and they are not synchronized across devices.

The functions described on the Site correspond to the current state of the demonstration. They do not constitute a binding offer, a commitment of future availability or a contractual specification of any eventual project.

4. Registration and access to the demo

Access to the Demo requires prior registration, in which we ask for your name, work email address, country and, optionally, telephone number, together with your express authorization to process that data.

By registering you declare that you are of legal age, that the data you provide is truthful and current, and that you are acting in a professional context. The Site is not directed at minors.

Registration enables the browser you used for seven (7) days by means of a session cookie. No password-protected account is created. Once that period has elapsed, or if you delete the cookie, you will have to register again. There is no account recovery mechanism: registering again with the same email address does not restore access to the files attached in an earlier session.

You are responsible for the use made of the Demo from the browser enabled with your registration.

5. Permitted use

You may use the Site and the Demo to evaluate the product, understand how it works and assess its fit with your operation. The following is prohibited, by way of example and without limitation:

  • Uploading real, confidential, restricted or trade-secret information, whether your own or belonging to third parties. Use test files only.
  • Uploading personal data of third parties, special categories of data or information subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Uploading files that contain malicious software, or that infringe the intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or attempting to obtain the source code of the product, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
  • Running intrusion tests, vulnerability scans, denial-of-service attacks or any action intended to alter, overload or circumvent the security measures of the Site, without our prior written authorization.
  • Extracting content in an automated and massive manner, reselling access to the Demo or using it to build a competing product.
  • Impersonating another person or registering contact details that do not belong to you.

If you find a security vulnerability, we ask you to report it responsibly to hola@lilab.io before disclosing it.

6. Files you attach in the demo

The Demo allows up to three (3) files per action, of up to 5 MB each, in PDF, PNG, JPG, Word, Excel, CSV or TXT format. The server verifies the actual size of the bytes received and the file type before accepting them.

The files are stored in a private repository and remain linked to your registration session. Every query or download verifies your session and the ownership of the file: knowing its identifier does not grant access. Other visitors to the Demo cannot list or download them.

You retain ownership of the files you attach. You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive and revocable license needed to store them, display them to you and allow their download within the Demo for as long as your evaluation lasts.

Restarting a guided tour of the Demo does not delete the files attached earlier. You may request their deletion at any time by writing to hola@lilab.io.

7. Intellectual property

All the Content of the Site and of the Demo, including the software, the interface, the texts, the video, the diagrams, the Rigo One trademark and its distinctive signs, belongs to LILAB S.A.C. or to its licensors, and is protected by the applicable intellectual and industrial property legislation.

Access to the Site transfers no right over the Content. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation is not permitted without prior written authorization, other than the display and personal use needed to evaluate the product.

References to industries or to types of operation in the example profiles are illustrative and imply no commercial relationship, endorsement or link with any company.

8. Service availability

The Site and the Demo are offered without any commitment of continuous availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site, the Demo or any of their functions, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, including the deletion of the data and files associated with completed demonstrations.

We may suspend or revoke your access if you breach these terms or if we detect a use that compromises the security or the availability of the service.

9. Warranties and limitation of liability

The Site and the Demo are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of the results shown or absence of interruptions and errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Site or the Demo. In particular, we are not liable for operational, quality, regulatory or business decisions taken using the demonstration as a reference, given that its data is fictitious.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services, such as the meeting scheduling calendar. When you use them you become subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties, over which we exercise no control. The inclusion of a link implies neither endorsement nor association.

The infrastructure of the Site relies on the technology providers described in the Privacy policy.

11. Personal data protection

The processing of the personal data collected through the Site and the Demo is governed by the Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

12. Amendments

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the product, in our processes or in applicable law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date of last update. Continued use of the Site after an amendment implies acceptance of it.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Perú. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the judges and courts of Cercado de Lima, waiving any other venue that might correspond to them.

If you access from the European Union or from another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer protection legislation grants you rights that cannot be limited by agreement, that legislation will apply as far as it corresponds.

If any provision of these terms is declared void or unenforceable, the remainder will stay in full force.

14. Contact

For questions about these terms, write to hola@lilab.io with "Terms of use – Rigo One" in the subject line.
