LEGAL INFORMATION
Cookie policy
The cookies and the local storage used by the Rigo One site, and what they are for.
Last updated: September 10, 2026
The Rigo One site uses the minimum needed to work. We use a session cookie for the demo and analytics cookies to understand how the site is browsed. We use no advertising, profiling or social network cookies, and we share no information with third parties for tracking purposes. This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version published at rigo-one.app prevails.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser and that can be retrieved on later visits. Some are essential for the site to work; others serve to measure audiences or display advertising. On this site we only use the former.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
They are always installed, because without them the service you request cannot be provided.
- rigo_demo
- First-party cookie. Keeps the session that enables access to the demonstration after registration. It contains an opaque random identifier: it stores neither your name, nor your email address, nor your telephone number. Marked HttpOnly, so it is not accessible from the code of the page. Duration: seven (7) days.
3. Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is browsed: which sections are read, where the demo is entered from and at which point it is abandoned. They are activated when you browse the site; you can prevent this with the mechanisms described in point 5.
- _ga
- Google Analytics cookie. Distinguishes visitors by means of a random identifier. Duration: up to two (2) years.
- _ga_9GF2QW3QFZ
- Google Analytics cookie. Keeps the state of the measurement session. Duration: up to two (2) years.
We apply Google Consent Mode v2 with advertising storage denied and the IP address anonymized. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, we do not enable Google signals or remarketing functions, and we do not share the measurement data for advertising purposes.
The events we measure concern the use of the site: opening the demo, starting and completing each guided tour, submitting the registration and clicking the link to schedule a conversation. We do not record the content of the files you attach or the text you write within the demo.
4. Browser local storage
Besides the cookie above, the demonstration saves your progress in the local storage of the browser (localStorage), under the key rigo-one-workflow-v1. It keeps the fictitious batches, the actions you take during the guided tours and the workflow configuration, separated by industry.
This information is technical, stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. It is deleted when you clear the browsing data of the site.
5. How to opt out of analytics
You can prevent the measurement at any time, without losing any function of the site:
- By installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on published by Google.
- By blocking third-party cookies, or the cookies of this site, from the settings of your browser, or by browsing in a private window.
- By using any tracker-blocking extension.
- By writing to hola@lilab.io so that we handle the exclusion of the measurement associated with your visits.
The demo session cookie cannot be disabled without losing access: it is strictly necessary to provide a service that you expressly request when registering, and it is exempt from the prior consent requirement under both Peruvian and European law. The local storage of your progress likewise has a technical purpose.
If you access from the European Economic Area and prefer that no measurement is recorded, use any of the mechanisms above before browsing the site.
6. How to manage or delete them
You can view, block or delete cookies from the settings of your browser. Bear in mind that if you block or delete the session cookie you will lose access to the demonstration and will have to register again.
The most common browsers document this procedure in their help pages, within the sections on privacy and browsing data.
7. More information
The processing of the personal data associated with your session is described in the Privacy policy. For any query, write to hola@lilab.io.
